Scan Receipt helps you quickly capture receipts, extract key details, organize them into folders, and export when you need. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

  • Account information: email address and a unique user identifier to sign in and provide the service.
  • Receipt content: images you capture or upload and extracted data (for example, merchant, totals, dates, and categories).
  • App usage: basic analytics and diagnostic logs to keep the app reliable and improve features.
  • Device information: limited device and OS details needed for functionality and troubleshooting.

How we use information

  • Provide core features like scanning, organizing, exporting, and account management.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
  • Improve the app's accuracy, performance, and user experience.
  • Communicate important updates and respond to support requests.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers solely to operate the app (for example, hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, and payments/subscriptions).
